Common Support Questions:
How do I log into my site?
Go to your site and click the “LOGIN” link near the top. Use the username and password you created when you signed up.
You can go to the same place if you forgot your password, there is a “Forgot Password” link under the login form.
How do I point my domain name?
Point your domain at our server by setting your domain’s name servers to “NS1.REWEBSITEPRO.COM” and “NS2.REWEBSITEPRO.COM” (without the quotes). You will need to log in to wherever you bought the domain name; GoDaddy.com, for example.
Make sure to replace whatever name server settings are already there, and to remove any domain forwarding.
AFTER you point your domain, send us a support ticket request letting us know the domain you pointed so we can connect it on our end.
If you have an external email system like Office 365 or Google Apps that you use with your domain, please let us know – there will be additional configuration needed.
How do I edit my “About Me” page?
Log in to your site, then navigate to your About page. There will be an “Edit” button you can click. Enter your biography and any photos you want onto the page and click “Update”.
Nothing shows up on my “Featured Listings” page?
Before any MLS data can show up on your site, the MLS must approve it.
Then, make sure you have entered your Agent ID number into the IDX Settings page. Your Agent ID number is the one you use to log into the MLS.
What goes on my “News Page”?
The News Page shows your blog posts. To post blog posts, log into your site and go to “Posts” in the side column. The blog is one of the most powerful features of WordPress, so make sure to take advantage of it!
